Here at The Pizza Rocket we are passionate about using a combination of authentic Italian ingredients fresh local produce where possible to make our pizzas the best they can be.

All of our dough is freshly prepared daily to a recipe traditional of Naples. After resting its then stretched out by hand, topped generously with our homemade tomato sauce, Mozzarella, fresh basil, cooked in our woodfired oven at 400°c in just 90 seconds.
